We play around 20 league/cup matches per year, not counting any tournament or summer friendlies. All home games are played at Norwich School for Girls on Newmarket Road. The school has great facilities and welcomes lacrosse to its grounds. The charge for home games is £5 to help cover the cost of ground hire. All matches face off at 2pm on a Saturday, and it is requested that players be at the ground by 1pm ready for the pre-match warm up.

Spectators

East Coast Lacrosse welcomes spectators to both its training sessions and matches. If you have never seen a men's lacrosse match previously definately come along and enjoy an entertaining game of one of the most physically demanding sports around - the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon.
